Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
TCK Photography is operated by William Zhang in Los Angeles, California. This page explains what personal information I collect when you visit tck.photography or buy a print, and what I do with it.
What I collect
Order and contact details. When you order or write to me, I receive the information you provide: your name, email address, shipping address and the details of your order.
Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe, and I never see or store them. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout pages; see Stripe's privacy policy.
Basic website data. My web host (Namecheap) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads. I do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
How I use it
To process and ship your order, answer your questions, send receipts and tracking, resolve problems, and keep the records I'm required to keep for taxes and accounting. I only email you about your order or your message. I don't send marketing email unless you ask me to.
Who I share it with
Only the services needed to fulfill your order: Stripe (payment), Mpix (the print lab, which receives your name, shipping address and order so it can print and ship), and shipping carriers. I do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long I keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for taxes, accounting and warranty questions, then deleted. Emails that aren't related to an order are deleted when no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it (except records I must legally keep), or ask me to stop contacting you. California residents have specific rights under state privacy law, and I will honor those requests. Email TCKphotos@outlook.com.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date above.
