Terms of Use
Last updated October 15, 2026
By using tck.photography or buying a print, you agree to these terms.
Copyright and image use
All photographs, text and design on this site are © William Zhang / TCK Photography. All rights reserved. You may not copy, download, scrape, reproduce, modify, distribute, display publicly or use the images for commercial purposes, or to train or test AI systems, without my written permission. Images on the site carry a watermark and are shown at reduced size for viewing only.
Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical print for your own display. It does not transfer the copyright or any right to reproduce the image. For licensing, commissions or commercial use, please get in touch.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. Prints are made to order by Mpix, a professional photo lab, and ship within the United States. Production and delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. If I need to correct a pricing or availability error, I'll contact you before your order is fulfilled.
Returns and replacements
Because each print is made just for you, I can't accept returns for change of mind or size. If your print arrives damaged or defective, email a photo within 14 days of delivery and I'll send a replacement at no cost.
Color and appearance
Screens vary, so colors, brightness and the room previews on this site are approximations. The room previews are illustrations, and actual size and framing will differ slightly. Paper, metal and frame finishes may show minor natural variation.
Website use and liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site, and my total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
